This Privacy Policy explains how Cambodia App Development (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Khmer VN Lottery Result (the “App”) on Android or iOS.

This policy applies to the App and its related support services. It should be read together with any privacy choices, consent messages, or permission prompts presented in the App, by the operating system, or by integrated service providers.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, contractual terms, consent choices, platform requirements, and legal obligations.

The App does not sell personal information for monetary payment.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, users may be shown a consent or privacy-choice message relating to advertising. Users may also be able to manage advertising and privacy settings through their device, operating-system settings, Google account settings, consent interfaces, or privacy controls provided by the relevant advertising provider.

Liftoff Monetize and its demand partners may use SDKs, device identifiers, and similar technologies to process advertising-related information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, optimization, and related advertising purposes. Unity Ads may similarly process advertising, device, interaction, diagnostic, and other information described in its applicable privacy documentation.

6. Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Remote Configuration

Google Analytics for Firebase may process App-interaction and technical information to help us understand how the App is used and to improve functionality and user experience.

Firebase Crashlytics may process crash reports, device state, App version, operating-system information, stack traces, installation identifiers, and other diagnostic information to help identify and resolve stability problems.

Firebase Remote Config may process installation identifiers and technical information to deliver appropriate configuration values, feature controls, and update-related settings to the App.

7. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send notifications.

On Android, notifications may be delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging. On iOS, notifications may be delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service.

A push-notification registration token may be generated and processed to deliver messages to the device. The App does not require a user account to receive notifications.

Users may decline notification permission or disable notifications at any time in their device settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent use of the App’s main features.

8. Location Information

The App does not request precise GPS location permission.

Approximate country or regional information may be inferred from an IP address or similar network information by service providers for advertising, analytics, localization, security, fraud prevention, or service operation.

9. iOS App Tracking Transparency and Cross-App Tracking

On iOS and iPadOS, the App will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before engaging in tracking that requires permission under Apple’s rules.

If tracking permission is not granted, the App and integrated services must respect the applicable platform restrictions, including restrictions on access to the iOS advertising identifier for tracking.

Advertising may still be contextual or non-personalized, and service providers may process limited information for security, fraud prevention, service operation, attribution permitted by the platform, or other purposes allowed by applicable law and platform rules.

Users can review or change tracking permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings.

10. Information We Do Not Directly Request

The App does not directly request:

  • Contacts

  • Private messages

  • Photos or videos

  • Audio recordings

  • Precise GPS location

  • Credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account details

  • Health or fitness information

  • Government-issued identification

  • Biometric information

This does not mean that integrated advertising or analytics services never process purchase-related events or service-generated identifiers. Where such processing occurs, it is described elsewhere in this policy and is subject to the relevant provider’s terms, privacy practices, consent choices, and platform restrictions.

11. Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be processed or disclosed to service providers supporting:

  • Advertising and monetization

  • Advertising mediation and demand partners

  • Analytics and performance measurement

  • Crash reporting and diagnostics

  • Cloud infrastructure and content delivery

  • Push-notification delivery

  • Security and fraud prevention

  • Platform functionality

We use service providers to support the App and its monetization. Their handling of information is governed by their applicable agreements, privacy notices, platform rules, and legal obligations.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law, legal process, or lawful governmental requests

  • Protect users, the public, our rights, or our services

  • Investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or policy violations

  • Enforce applicable terms

  • Complete a lawful business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards

12. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information under our direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security, diagnostics, legal compliance, and service operation.

Third-party providers may retain information according to their own retention schedules, contractual requirements, and legal obligations.

The App does not create user accounts and does not provide an in-app or web-based mechanism for users to request deletion of App data. There is generally no user-account record stored by us for deletion.

Users may reduce or stop future App-related processing by disabling permissions, changing consent choices, adjusting device or advertising settings, resetting or deleting available advertising identifiers, or uninstalling the App.

Some information is processed by third-party providers rather than stored or controlled directly by us. Any deletion, retention, or privacy controls offered for such information are subject to the relevant provider’s own processes, privacy policy, and applicable law.

13. User Rights and Privacy Choices

Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, users may have privacy rights concerning personal information, which may include rights of access, correction, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or deletion where legally applicable.

The availability and method of exercising these rights depend on the applicable law, the nature of the information, and which entity controls the information.

The App itself does not provide a dedicated data-deletion request mechanism. For information processed by third-party advertising, analytics, or platform providers, users may need to use the privacy controls or procedures provided by the relevant provider.

For general privacy questions or concerns about this policy, users may contact support@cambodiaapp.dev.

14. European Privacy Rights

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions with similar privacy laws may have rights under applicable data-protection law.

Depending on the processing activity and applicable law, processing may rely on consent, legitimate interests, performance of a service, legal obligations, or another lawful basis.

Where consent is the legal basis, users may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Where required for advertising, an appropriate consent mechanism may be provided. Users may also use privacy controls provided by the relevant service provider or contact their local data-protection authority.

15. United States State Privacy Rights

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA). If and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), applies to our processing, California residents have the right to know whether we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share their personal information, including the categories and specific pieces of personal information involved, the categories of sources, the purposes for processing, and the categories of third parties to whom the information is disclosed, sold, or shared.

To submit a request to know whether and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared, contact support@cambodiaapp.dev.

Opt-Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising. Where applicable under law, users may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or the processing of personal information for targeted advertising. The App does not sell personal information for monetary payment. Users may exercise available advertising and privacy choices through consent messages shown in the App, device or operating-system privacy settings, advertising identifier controls, or privacy controls provided by the applicable advertising provider.

Virginia Privacy Rights (VCDPA). If and to the extent the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”) applies to our processing, Virginia residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal data and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling activities, as provided by applicable law.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out choices.

The App does not sell personal information for monetary payment. Certain advertising-related processing may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar activity under some laws.

Where applicable, users may exercise available advertising and privacy choices through consent messages, device settings, operating-system privacy controls, or provider controls.

For general questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, users may contact support@cambodiaapp.dev. This contact address is not presented as a dedicated App-data deletion request mechanism.

We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

16. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed as a children’s app.

We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. If we become aware of information involving a child that requires action under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps consistent with applicable legal requirements and the capabilities available to us.

Parents or guardians may contact support@cambodiaapp.dev with general privacy concerns relating to the App.

17. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

Integrated providers may use their own security measures, including encryption in transit where supported by their services.

However, no electronic transmission, mobile application, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

18. International Processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country.

Where required, the relevant provider or data controller may use legal, contractual, or organizational safeguards for international transfers in accordance with applicable law.

20. Third-Party Links and Content

The App may access, display, or link to content from third-party sources.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, accuracy, availability, security, or content of third-party services. Users should review the privacy notices and terms of those providers.

21. Third-Party Privacy Controls

Integrated advertising, analytics, and platform providers may offer their own privacy controls, consent mechanisms, opt-out tools, data-access procedures, retention controls, or deletion procedures.

These controls are operated by the relevant provider and may vary by country, platform, device, account status, and service configuration.
